Every month El Dorado Nature Center offers a variety of classes designed to build an appreciation and understanding of our natural world. Water wise gardening, drawing, bird watching and outdoor cooking are examples of the fun, educational experiences offered. On July 10 students in Campout Cooking learned the basics for building an outdoor cooking fire and preparing a delicious dinner under the stars.
